Total Equipment Cost definition

Total Equipment Cost means for any PV System the sum of all costs that relate to the equipment for such PV System inclusive of any Ancillary PV System Components and any related Energy Storage System, if applicable.
Total Equipment Cost means the sum of the Equipment Costs for each Unit.
Total Equipment Cost the actual amount funded under the Facility Amount as set forth in the Rental Schedule for the Equipment subject to such Rental Schedule.

More Definitions of Total Equipment Cost

Total Equipment Cost means the Sterling Equivalent of all amounts paid by the Lessor to Ranberger under the Sale Agreement in respect of the purchase of the Equipment; "UK GAAP" means generally accepted accounting practice for companies in the United Kingdom from time to time; "Writing Down Allowance" has the meaning attributed to it in Section 56 of CAA 2001.
