CHANGES TO THE SCOPE OF SERVICES. The SPONSOR may, at any time, and by written order, make changes in the services to be performed under this Agreement. If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the CONSULTANT's cost or time required for performance of any services under this contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made and the contract shall be modified in writing accordingly. Any claim of the CONSULTANT for adjustment under this clause must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days from the date or receipt by the CONSULTANT of the notification of change.

CHANGES TO THE SCOPE OF SERVICES. The scope of the Services shall be subject to changes by additions, deletions or revisions thereto by PetroSA. The Consultant shall be advised of any such changes by written notification from PetroSA describing the change. The Consultant shall promptly perform and strictly comply with each such change when so instructed by PetroSA. Any extra services resulting from such changes will be charged at the Consultant's normal or agreed rates.

It is distinctly understood and agreed by the parties that no claim for extra services provided or materials furnished by PM/CM will be allowed by GILBERT except as provided herein, nor shall PM/CM provide any services or furnish any materials not covered by this Contract unless XXXXXXX first approves in writing.

Subject to Section 6.4, for a period of twelve (12) months (the "Initial Year") following the Effective Time, Groundco shall not have the right to make any changes in Schedules 2.2 or 2.3 that would reduce the scope of the ACMI Services to be provided by Airco (including, without limitation, by reducing the number of Aircraft or pilots employed); provided that Groundco may reduce the scope of the ACMI Services to be provided during the Initial Year if (i) an Airco Event of Default of the type specified in Section 13.1(a) shall have occurred or (ii) Airco shall have failed to enter into a new collective bargaining agreement with its pilots within 180 days after the Effective Time. In the event Groundco desires to exercise its rights pursuant to clause (i) of this Section 6.1, Groundco shall promptly notify Airco of the occurrence any such Airco Event of Default and, prior to exercising such rights, consult in good faith with Airco as to Airco's ability to cure such Airco Event of Default within a reasonable period of time.

Client may request a change to the scope of Services by submitting a written change request (“Change Request”) to ISA. XXX will then advise Client of the effect the requested change will have upon the cost and completion time for the Services, with any additional cost to be determined at ISA’s then-standard rates and costs. ISA may request a change by submitting to Client a written Change Request including a statement of any change in the cost or completion time for the Services and an explanation of the reason for the Change Request. When the Parties agree upon the terms of any Change Request, ISA will issue a final Change Request to the relative SOW, substantially in the form of Exhibit B, which will be attached hereto by reference upon signature by each Party reflecting the agreed upon terms.

The Supplier must inform XxxxxXX in advance (2 weeks), if it so happens, of any shortage or zero stock level (on their part) of any of the required gasses and chemicals.
CHANGES TO THE SCOPE OF SERVICES. 4.1 Each party may request service changes in writing at any time. 4.2 If the Client wishes a change in the service, it notifies STXT accordingly via the STXT ticketing system that exists for the purpose. STXT responds to the Client within two working days of re- ceiving this notification as a rule, but within ten working days at the latest, stating whether the change is possible and what effects it will have on the services to be provided, as well as the costs and schedule. The Client tells STXT within ten further working days from the receipt of this response via the ticketing system whether the change is to be implemented. Communications from the Client in accordance with this section 4.2 that are not sent via the ticketing system are non-binding and do not oblige STXT to deliver services of any sort. 4.3 If STXT wishes a change to take place, the Client may accept or reject it within ten working days of receiving the communication. 4.4 Service changes must be agreed in writing before they are implemented. 4.5 In the absence of any written agreement to the contrary between the contractual parties, STXT will continue to work as contractually agreed while the change requests are considered.
