Total Revolver Exposure. Total US Facility Exposure and Total Multicurrency Facility Exposure.
Total Revolver Exposure means on any date, the sum of (i) the U.S. Revolving Exposure plus (ii) the Canadian Revolving Exposure.
Total Revolver Exposure as of any date of determination the sum of the Canadian Revolver Exposure, the European Revolver Exposure and the U.S. Revolver Exposure on such date of determination.
