Tracking Links means hypertext links (either a banner or text link) downloaded from the Affiliate Program Site that link to the property sites webpages or any other site owned or controlled by MIBS N.V or any Group Company;
Tracking Links means tracker IDs and feeds (RSS), made available by us in the affiliate area and that you may use to connect players to our services from your website (or another electronic method) or using other marketing materials, for example promotional codes. When the relevant player opens his or her player account or keys in the applicable promotional code, our system automatically logs the tracking URL and records you as the referring affiliate. The clause headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement. Any phrase introduced by the terms "including", "include" or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words prior to those terms. Any reference to "persons" includes natural persons, firms, partnerships, companies, corporations, associations, organizations, governments, states, governmental or state agencies, foundations and trusts (in each case whether or not having separate legal personality and irrespective of the jurisdiction in or under the law of which it was incorporated or exists). This Agreement is drafted in the English language. If this Agreement is translated into another language, the English language text shall in any event prevail. Any reference to a statute, statutory provision, ordinance, subordinate legislation, code or guideline ("legislation") is a reference to that legislation and all other subordinate legislation made under the relevant legislation as amended and in force from time to time and to any legislation that re-enacts or consolidates (with or without modification) any such legislation.

"Switched Access Traffic" is traffic that originates at one of the Party's End User Customers and terminates at an IXC Point of Presence, or originates at an IXC Point of Presence and terminates at one of the Party's End User Customers, whether or not the traffic transits the other Party's network.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.

  • NBOME means the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, an organization that prepares and administers qualifying examinations for osteopathic physicians.

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • Manifest tracking number means the alphanumeric identification number (i.e., a unique three letter suffix preceded by nine numerical digits), which is pre-printed in Item 4 of the Manifest by a registered source.
