Transboundary Agreement definition

Transboundary Agreement means a land claims agreement with respect to:
Transboundary Agreement means a final agreement negotiated pursuant to this Framework Agreement and to Chapter 25 of the Teslin Tlingit Council Final Agreement and entered into by Teslin Tlingit Council, Canada and British Columbia.

Transboundary Agreement means Appendix C of the Gwich’in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement, the Inuvialuit Final Agreement or any land claims agreement with respect to any aboriginal land claims into the Yukon by the Xxxxx Xxxx Council, Tahltan Tribal Council and Taku River Tlingits of British Columbia or the Dene/Metis of the Northwest Territories.
