Transition Milestone definition

Transition Milestone means each date identified in the Transition Plan and the applicable Supplement as a milestone by which Supplier shall have completed a key task or set of tasks in accordance with the Transition Plan in a manner acceptable to Kraft.

Transition Milestone means any activity or Deliverable required to be completed pursuant to the Transition Plan for which a date or time for completion is specified.
