Transition Milestones definition

Transition Milestones. Has the meaning given in Section 4.2(b) of the Agreement.
Transition Milestones has the meaning set out in Section 12.1 (TRANSITION PLAN).

More Definitions of Transition Milestones

Transition Milestones means the milestones for the performance of the Transitional Responsibilities during the Transition Period as set out in Schedule 4, Table 1.
Transition Milestones means milestones, including Critical Transition Milestones, relating to Supplier’s obligations to complete certain Transition Services on certain dates in accordance with the Transition Plan. The Transition Milestones are specified in the Transition Plan.
