Translated Material definition

Translated Material means, the French language version of the documents, disclosure, information or material contained or incorporated by reference in the Canadian Prospectuses, the translation of which into the French language has been completed by the Corporation which shall include, for greater certainty, all such documents, disclosure, information or material not otherwise the subject of an opinion delivered by the Corporation’s Quebec counsel or the Corporation’s auditors pursuant to sections 3.1(e) or 6.2;
Translated Material means work produced by the Translator in response to a work Order.
