Transport Fee definition

Transport Fee means a fee of $50 payable to Council in the event that Council is required to arrange delivery, or collection, of the Equipment to or from the Borrower for the purposes of this Agreement, which fee is payable per delivery or collection.

Transport Fee means the fee (Transport Company Rate) (excluding the Jayride Agency Fee) payable to the Transport Company for completing each Transport Service.
