Trial Operation definition

Trial Operation means the integrated operation of the Plant, system/ Equipment covered under the ‘Contract’ for a specified period at a specified load for providing trouble-free operation of the Plant/ system/ Equipment covered under the ‘Contract’.
Trial Operation means the process by which the Generator is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Plant prior to Commercial Operation.
Trial Operation means an incinerator test that is conducted pursuant to the requirements of an operating license to determine if the operation of the incinerator or other thermal treatment device is satisfactory.

Examples of Trial Operation in a sentence

  • The updated information submission by the Developer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation.

  • The Developer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed.

  • The initial information submission by Connecting Transmission Owner shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to Trial Operation and shall include New York State Transmission System information necessary to allow the Developer to select equipment and meet any system protection and stability requirements, unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner.
