TRS Percentage definition

TRS Percentage means the Company’s Total Return divided by the Market Cap, with the result multiplied by 100 and expressed as a percentage.
TRS Percentage means, with respect to the Company, for any period, the total percentage return per share achieved by one Common Share from the start of such period to the end of such period, as calculated by a consultant engaged by the Committee and as approved by the Committee in its reasonable discretion using the data for the Company included in the SNL Equity REIT Index for such period.
TRS Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(e)(ii) of this Agreement.

TRS Percentage means the total percentage return per share achieved by one Common Share calculated by comparing (A) the Baseline Value to (B) the Common Share Price over the same Averaging Period used to calculate the Common Share Price for determining the Final Total Return, as calculated by a consultant engaged by the Committee and as approved by the Committee in its reasonable discretion for purposes of calculating the Final Adjustment Factor. For the avoidance of doubt, the intent of the Committee is that the TRS Percentage over the performance period be calculated using a methodology analogous in all material respects to those used for the calculation of the Index Return Percentage.
