Trust Common Securities Guarantee definition

Trust Common Securities Guarantee means the Trust Common Securities Guarantee Agreement as of the date hereof, by the New Guarantor for the benefit of the holders of the 7.12% Trust Originated Common Securities (the “Trust Common Securities”), as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Trust Common Securities Guarantee means the Trust Common Securities Guarantee Agreement dated as of December 17, 1996, entered into by the Company, as Guarantor, for the benefit of the holders of the Trust Common Securities.
Trust Common Securities Guarantee means any guarantee that the Company may enter into that operates directly or indirectly for the benefit of holders of Trust Common Securities of the Trust.

"Trust Indenture Act" means the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended from time to time, or any successor legislation. "Trust Investment Company Event" means that the Company shall have requested and received and shall have delivered to the Regular Trustees an opinion of nationally recognized independent legal counsel experienced in such matters to the effect that as a result of a Change in 1940 Act Law, the Trust is or will be considered an "investment company" which is required to be registered under the 1940 Act. "Trust Liquidation" has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a) of this Declaration. "Trust Preferred Securities Guarantee" has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Limited Partnership Agreement.
