The Trust Guarantees and Debentures covered by the opinion in this paragraph include any Trust Guarantees and Debentures that, with the corresponding Capital Securities, may be issued as part of the units or upon exercise or otherwise pursuant to the terms of any other Company Securities.
Each Holder of Trust Preferred Securities and Trust Common Securities, by the acceptance thereof, agrees to the provisions of the applicable Trust Guarantees, including the subordination provisions therein.
The debt securities covered by the opinion in this paragraph include any Company Indenture Securities that may be issued as part of the units or upon exercise or otherwise pursuant to the terms of any other Company Securities, as well as any purchase contracts or units that may be issued under the indentures relating to the debt securities of the Company, but they do not include any Capital Securities, Trust Guarantees, GSFC Guarantees or Debentures.
