Trust Note Indenture definition

Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture dated November 26, 2003 between the Trust and CIBC Mellon Trust Company governing the Trust Notes;

Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture to be entered into on the Effective Date between the Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, pursuant to which the Trust will issue the Series 1 Trust Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time;

Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture to be entered into on the Effective Date between Extendicare Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, pursuant to which Extendicare Trust will, among other things, issue the Series 1 Trust Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof;

• If so specified in the Titling Trust Note Indenture with respect to any Titling Trust Notes or in the Titling Trust Specification Notice with respect to the related Specified Interest, the related Titling Trust Noteholders may designate an indenture trustee or other third party to exercise the rights of such Titling Trust Noteholders under this Agreement.

• The obligations of the Trust under the Loan Documents to which it is a party constitute “Senior Indebtedness” for purposes of the Trust Note Indenture and rank in right of payment in priority to the obligations of the Trust under the Trust Note Indenture and the Trust Notes.

Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture governing the Trust Notes entered into between the Trust and Computershare Fund Company of Canada.
