Trust Note Indenture definition

Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture dated November 26, 2003 between the Trust and CIBC Mellon Trust Company governing the Trust Notes;
Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture to be entered into on the Effective Date between the Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, pursuant to which the Trust will issue the Series 1 Trust Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time;
Trust Note Indenture means the note indenture to be entered into on the Effective Date between Extendicare Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, pursuant to which Extendicare Trust will, among other things, issue the Series 1 Trust Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof;
