Examples of Trust Related Agreements in a sentence

  • Except as expressly provided in this Article IX, in accepting the trusts hereby created, the Owner Trustee acts solely as trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the Trust Related Agreements shall look only to the Trust Property for payment or satisfaction thereof.

  • The Owner Trustee is authorized to take all actions required or permitted to be taken by it pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Trust Related Agreements and the Statutory Trust Statute.

Related to Trust Related Agreements

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.
