Trustee Expenses definition

Trustee Expenses means the trustee expenses set forth in the Trustee and Collateral Custodian Fee Letter and any other accrued and unpaid fees, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses) and indemnity amounts payable by the Borrower or the Servicer to the Trustee under the Transaction Documents.
Trustee Expenses means Expenses incurred by the Trustee or any receiver in preparing and executing the trusts in the Trust Deed (including any Taxes required to be paid, the costs of realising any security and the Trustee’s remuneration).
Trustee Expenses means the fees and expenses of the Trustee set forth in Section 7.04 of this Indenture.

  • To the extent that the payment of any such Trustee Expenses, and any other amounts due the Trustee under Section 7.07 out of the estate in any such proceeding, shall be denied for any reason, payment of the same shall be secured by a Lien on, and shall be paid out of, any and all distributions, dividends, money, securities and other properties which the Holders may be entitled to receive in such proceeding, whether in liquidation or under any plan of reorganization or arrangement or otherwise.
