TSR Comparator Group definition

TSR Comparator Group means an index of restaurant companies approved by the Committee at the beginning of the Performance Period, and adjusted in accordance with the guidelines set forth below:
TSR Comparator Group means the “Leisure Products” sub-industry group within the Global Industry Classification Standard Consumer Durables and Apparel Global Industry Group. For purposes of determining TSR Performance with respect to the Performance Period, the companies included in the Leisure Products sub-industry group shall be determined at the beginning of the Performance Period, excluding those entities that are bankrupt, listed on the pink sheets or not listed at all. Should a company within the TSR Comparator Group become bankrupt after the start of the Performance Period, they shall be assigned a TSR of -100%. Companies emerging from bankruptcy shall not be tracked for purposes of the current Performance Period. If two companies within the TSR Comparator Group merge, only the surviving entity shall be counted. Should a company within the TSR Comparator Group merge with a company outside of the TSR Comparator Group, then that entity shall be excluded from the final calculation.
TSR Comparator Group means the Global Industry Classification Standard Commercial and Professional Services Industry Group 2020 companies that are also part of the Xxxxxxx 3000 Index, determined as of the first day of the Performance Period.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) the Award Payout Percentage shall not exceed a maximum of two hundred percent (200%), and (ii) in the event the Company’s ranking is in the bottom quartile of the TSR Comparator Group at the end of the three year performance period (as determined pursuant to Section 4 below), the Award Payout Percentage shall not exceed a maximum of one hundred percent (100%).

  • If the number of members of the TSR Comparator Group changes, the Committee has the discretion to adjust the ranking levels and percentages set forth in the table above.

  • Any companies that are in the TSR Comparator Group at the beginning of the performance period that no longer exist at the end of the three-year performance period (e.g., through merger, buyout, spin-off, or similar transaction), or otherwise change their structure or business such that they are no longer reasonably comparable to the Company, shall be disregarded by the Committee in the Committee’s calculation of the appropriate interpolated percentage.

  • However, in the event the Company’s TSR rank is in the bottom quartile of the companies remaining in the TSR Comparator Group, the payout percentage shall be 0% regardless of the interpolated percentage.

  • Of this Restricted Stock Unit grant, 50% will be subject to the TSR Comparator Group analysis as described in Section 2(c)(i) and 50% will be subject to the Absolute TSR Target as described in Section 2(c)(ii).


More Definitions of TSR Comparator Group

TSR Comparator Group means the companies that comprise the S&P 500 Index as of the beginning of the Performance Period, including the Company so long as the Company is part of the S&P 500 Index. For purposes of determining Relative TSR Performance:
TSR Comparator Group means, X.X. Xxxxxx, Inc., KB Home, Lennar Corporation, M.D.C. Holdings Inc., Meritage Homes Corporation, NVR, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc. and Toll Brothers, Inc.; provided, however, that if a member of the TSR Comparator Group ceases to be publicly traded during the Performance Period, such member shall be excluded for purposes of determining the TSR Performance.
TSR Comparator Group means the S&P 500. For purposes of determining TSR Performance with respect to the TSR Performance Period, the companies included in S&P 500 shall be determined at the beginning of the TSR Performance Period, excluding those entities that are bankrupt, listed on the pink sheets or not listed at all. Should a company within the TSR Comparator Group become bankrupt after the start of the TSR Performance Period, they shall be assigned a TSR of -100%. Companies emerging from bankruptcy shall not be tracked for purposes of the current TSR Performance Period. If a company is acquired during the TSR Performance Period or is taken private, it will be eliminated for the entire measurement period. Companies with stock splits or recapitalizations during the TSR Performance Period will have their opening share price adjusted for the split or recapitalization. If two companies within the TSR Comparator Group merge, only the surviving entity shall be counted. Should a company within the TSR Comparator Group merge with a company outside of the TSR Comparator Group, then that entity shall be excluded from the final calculation.

  • Comparator Group is defined as the following nine U.S. based carriers including, AirTran Airways, Inc., Alaska Air Group, Inc., AMR Corporation, Continental Airlines, Inc., Delta Air Lines Inc., JetBlue Airways Corporation, Southwest Airlines Co., US Airways Group, Inc. and UAL Corporation.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Comparison Group means a sample group of organisations providing Comparable supply of Services which consists of organisations which are either of similar size to the Supplier or which are similarly structured in terms of their business and their service offering so as to be fair comparators with the Supplier or which, are best practice organisations;

  • Weighting with respect to an Underlying means the weighting in relation to the relevant Underlying as specified in the table in the definition of such Underlying.
