TTM Recurring Revenue definition

TTM Recurring Revenue means, with respect to any Obligor and any date, the Recurring Revenue for such Obligor for the trailing twelve months ending on such date, as calculated by the Servicer in good faith in accordance with the Servicing Standard using information from and calculations consistent with the relevant compliance statements and financial reporting packages provided by the relevant Obligor as per the requirements of the Related Documents.
TTM Recurring Revenue means, at any time the same is to be determined with respect to any Obligor, the Dollar Equivalent of the trailing twelve-month Recurring Revenue of such Obligor calculated in accordance with the corresponding amount or ratio in the underlying Related Documents for such loan utilizing the most recently delivered financial results of the related Obligor.
TTM Recurring Revenue means, with respect to any Obligor and any date, the Recurring Revenue for such Obligor for the trailing twelve months ending on such date, as calculated by the Collateral Manager in good faith in accordance with the Collateral Manager Standard using information from and calculations consistent with the relevant compliance statements and financial reporting packages provided by the relevant Obligor as per the requirements of the Related Documents.

TTM Recurring Revenue means, as of any date of determination, the Recurring Revenues of Borrower determined on a consolidated basis, for the 12 month period most recently ended.
