Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
flight plan means specified information provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft;
EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.
Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and
Supply Plan has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Rectification Plan means the rectification plan pursuant to the Rectification Plan Process;
layout plan means a plan of the project depicting the division or proposed division of land into plots, roads, open spaces, amenities, etc. and other details as may be necessary;
BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
Support Plan means a technical support offering that sets out the level of entitlements purchased by the Customer as described in detail in Schedule - Support Services.
Parent Plan means an Employee Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained, or contributed to by Parent or its Affiliates or with respect to which Parent or its Affiliates have any liability.
Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.
Project Implementation Plan means the Project Implementation Plan referred to in paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Plan;
Notice Plan means the settlement notice program, as approved by the Court, developed by the Settlement Administrator and described in this Agreement for disseminating Notice to the Class Members of the terms of this Agreement and the Final Approval Hearing.
Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
Pay Plan means the scale of wages as contained in the attached Appendix “A” and the rules governing its application, as per Article 12.
Compensation Plan means any program, plan or similar arrangement (other than employment contracts for a single individual) relating generally to compensation, pension, employment or similar arrangements with respect to which any Company, any Affiliate of any Company or any ERISA Affiliate of any of them has any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, under any Requirement of Law other than that of the United States.
Exit Plan means the exit management plan developed by the Contractor and approved by the Authority in accordance with Clause 44 (Exit Management).
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
International Plan means any Employee Plan that is not a US Plan.
the BCTF Plan means the Group RRSP entered into by the Federation and Royal Trust or a successor to that plan;
