Union Recognition. The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for the employees covered by this Agreement, and subjectto the terms of this Agreement consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union or its designated representative on matters relating to the conditions of employment, rates of pay, and hours of work.
