Seniority Recognition Without prejudice to the Union’s or Hospitals’ rights under the collective agreement or the Labour Relations Act and/or the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, the parties agree that non- unionized employees who are affected (via relocation/transfer*) shall, when entering the bargaining unit, be afforded seniority and service in accordance with the anniversary of their date of hire (or hours worked) from their original Hospital.
