Unit Chairperson definition

Unit Chairperson means an employee of OPTIONS northwest who has completed his/her probationary period and who is duly accredited as such by the Union in writing and who is the ranking union official in the workplace.
Unit Chairperson means the ranking Union official in the workplace.

Unit Chairperson shall be the ranking union officer employed by the Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay and may act as a union xxxxxxx or assist any other union xxxxxxx in dealing with any union business under the collective agreement.
