Unit Classification definition

Unit Classification means the original determination of a bargaining unit, whether done by a consent election or a contested election.

  • Each inmate favorably recommended for transfer to a Work/Study Release Program will receive a medical, mental health, and work supervisor's evaluation that will be forwarded to the Unit Classification Committee for consideration prior to final approval.

  • Classification means the identification of a position by reference to a classification title and pay range number.

  • International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.

  • COVID-19 Measures means any quarantine, “shelter in place”, “stay at home”, workforce reduction, social distancing, shut down, closure or sequester order, guideline, recommendation or Law, or any other applicable Laws, guidelines or recommendations by any Governmental Entity in connection with or in response to COVID-19.

  • Category means a category set forth in the table in Section IV of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Economic Life means the number of years a property improvement is expected to be in service in a facility.

  • Segment means a portion of any Term Loan (or all thereof) with respect to which a particular interest rate is (or is proposed to be) applicable.
