University Policy definition

University Policy means the written regulations of the University, including, but not limited to, this Code, the Student Conduct Standards, the Policy and Procedure Manual, and other published University Policies.
University Policy. "University policy" generally means the written regulations of the university as found in, but not limited to: the code of student conduct; the residence hall handbook; the school of law student handbook; departmental operating manuals; the university web page; university rules; and the undergraduate and graduate bulletins. University policy also includes unwritten policies that are commonly applied and utilized consistent with written policies or in order to carry out the effect of written policies.
University Policy means the policy of the University as in force and varied from time to time.

Examples of University Policy in a sentence

  • When authorized Department personnel have reasonable belief that a violation of a University Policy, or violation of any local, state, or federal law, regulation, or ordinance is in progress, or in the event of an emergency, such personnel may enter Student’s Space without notice to Student.

  • The University further reserves the right to assess a late fee to any unpaid balance in accordance with University Policy and Procedures.

  • The resident agrees that if the University is forced to use legal counsel or a collection agency to enforce this agreement, the resident will pay the collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs in obtaining payment of amounts due under this agreement and any associated interest in accordance with University Policy and Procedures and Utah State Code.

More Definitions of University Policy

University Policy means a policy made by the Council or the Senate under section 43;
University Policy means any official statement of values, beliefs, principles, or process of the University of Calgary.
University Policy refers to any University Policy explicitly referenced in this Agreement, existing and in force as of the date of the ratification of this Agreement, or as
University Policy. The Incomplete (I) notation may be assigned when a student, who was achieving satisfactory progress in a course and who had completed most class assignments, is unable to take the final examination and/or did not complete all class assignments due to unusual circumstances such as hospitalization or disability. Incomplete work denoted by the Incomplete (I) notation must be complete within one calendar year or earlier, at the discretion of the faculty member. If the incomplete work is not completed within one year, the “I” notation will convert to an “F”. Students must have completed at least 75% of the course work to qualify for consideration for an Incomplete. The student must be passing the course in order to be granted an incomplete. University Policy means a policy that affects or applies to the personnel or operations of more than one operating group or department of the University.
University Policy means the Board of Regents’ Policy and University Regulation in effect on January 1, 2011.
