Unrecovered Capital Contribution definition

Unrecovered Capital Contribution. For any Member, the aggregate amount of capital contributed by such Member reduced by the aggregate amount of capital theretofore distributed to such Member pursuant to Articles 16 and 17.
Unrecovered Capital Contribution means, with respect to any Member holding Series A Units as of any date, the excess, if any, of (i) the sum of the Capital Contributions made by such Member with respect to such Series A Units as of such date over (ii) the sum of the total amount of Capital Return Distributions made with respect to such Member’s Series A Units prior to such date.
Unrecovered Capital Contribution means, with respect to any Member, as of any date, the aggregate amount of such Member’s Capital Contributions which have been made (or deemed made) to the Company from time to time less the sum of the aggregate distributions made to such Member pursuant to Section 8.1.

More Definitions of Unrecovered Capital Contribution

Unrecovered Capital Contribution means Class A Member’s Capital Contributions minus any return of capital from Net Capital Proceeds. In this Offering, Sponsors have elected to treat quarterly distributions from Net Cash Flow as a return on investment and returns from Net Capital Proceeds as a return of capital.
Unrecovered Capital Contribution means Investor Class Limited Partner’s initial Capital Contributions minus any return of capital made to such Investor Class Limited Partner.
