Net Cash Flow from Operations definition

Net Cash Flow from Operations means the cash flow resulting from the operation of the investments, including, but not limited to, monthly interest payments and fees and charges associated with or related to the ownership, operation and management of any investments, or any other source, less cash expenditures of the Company and the amount of any funds the Manager, in its reasonable discretion, determines to set aside for contingencies and the establishment of reasonable and prudent working capital and reserves, or for investment in additional investments.
Net Cash Flow from Operations means the cash proceeds from customary and usual Company operations, including sales and dispositions of Assets in the ordinary course of business and capital improvements, less the portion thereof used to pay or establish reserves for all Company expenses, debt payments, capital improvements, replacements, and contingencies, all as determined by the Management Board. Net Cash Flow from Operations shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions or similar allowances, but shall be increased by any reductions of reserves.
Net Cash Flow from Operations means, for any Determination Period, the net cash flows from operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined on a Consolidated Basis in accordance with the Accounting Principles.

Net Cash Flow from Operations means for each fiscal year, Cash Flow, less Net Sales Proceeds, less cash reserves established by the Managing Member, in its sole discretion, for other obligations of the Fund for which there is no provision, less Distributions made to the Members prior to the end of such fiscal year.

Net Cash Flow from Operations means, with respect to the particular Quarter, Net Income plus depreciation, less “Maintenance Capital”. As used herein, “Maintenance Capital” means any capital expenditure that is not a Capital Improvement.
