Subscribed Energy definition

Subscribed Energy means electricity generated by the PV System attributable to the Subscribers’ Subscriptions and delivered to the Company at the Production Meter on or after the Date of Commercial Operation.
Subscribed Energy means electricity generated by the PV System attributable to the Subscribers' Subscriptions and delivered to the Company at the Point of Interconnection on or after the Commercial Operations Date.
Subscribed Energy means the portion of a CREF’s energy production that is allocated to Subscribers for the calculation and payment of CNM Credits.

  • PacifiCorp will credit the electric bills of Participants for their proportionate shares of Subscribed Energy in accordance with the Program Implementation Manual and data provided by Program Administrator.

  • PacifiCorp may adjust any payment made under this Agreement for Unsubscribed Energy or Subscribed Energy up to eighteen (18) months following the date of original payment.

Subscribed Energy means energy and RECs associated with the output of a SCEF for which Subscribers have been enrolled;

Subscribed Energy means electricity, measured in kilowatt-hours, generated by a Project and delivered to Company on or after the first day of the calendar month following Commercial Operation Date that is subject to a Subscriber’s Allocation. “Subscriber” shall mean the retail electric service customer of the Company who meets the definition of a Subscriber under the Community Solar Act and: (a) has subscribed for the Project; (b) the Subscription is attributed to one or more premises served by Company where it is the customer of record; (c) has entered into a subscription agreement with the Subscriber Organization; (d) is identified in the Billing Data by the Subscriber Organization to the Company as a Subscriber for the Project, and (e) is a Qualifying Subscriber. “Subscriber Organization” has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. “Subscriber Organization Excused Hours” means those hours during which Subscriber Organization is unable to schedule or deliver Photovoltaic Energy to Company as a result of: (a) a Scheduled Maintenance Outage, (b) a Force Majeure Event, or (c) any breach or failure by Company to perform a material obligation under this Agreement (other than due to a breach by Subscriber Organization of its obligations under this Agreement). “Subscriber Organization Forced Outage” means an unplanned reduction, interruption or suspension not associated with Subscriber Organization Excused Hours of all or a portion of Photovoltaic Energy deliveries from the Project to the Point of Delivery. 317 REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT – X REGULATORY & PRICING
