UOL ESPP definition

UOL ESPP means the United Online, Inc. 2010 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
UOL ESPP means the plan set forth on Schedule D hereto.

  • The purchase rights under the UOL ESPP will be subject to the adjustments set forth in Section 6.1(a) below.
