US Plans definition

US Plans means the chapter 11 plans of reorganization (including any exhibits, annexes and schedules thereto) for the U.S. Debtors that effectuate the Settlement, consistent with the terms of this Settlement and Support Agreement, as they may be modified or supplemented in accordance with their respective terms.
US Plans means all Company Plans, excluding Company Plans not subject to the Laws of the United States of America.
US Plans means all Seller Plans that are maintained in or established under the laws of the United States of America, including each “employee pension benefit plan” (as such term is defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA) and each “employee welfare benefit plan” (as such term is defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA) and “US Plan” means any one of them or the relevant one of them, as the context requires.

  • All material contributions, reserves or premium payments to U.S. Plans, accrued to the date hereof have been made or provided for.
