User Notice. All notices shall be in writing. Notices to User shall be deemed delivered when delivered electronically, by commercial overnight delivery service, by Certified or Registered Mail - Return Receipt Requested - or by hand to an address set forth for User as maintained in LITMIS’s records. Related to User Notice

  • Transfer Notice means the notice of a proposed transfer of Shares described in Section 8.
