Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.
Facility Manager The Authorized User’s representative who is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility(s) referenced in the Project Definition.
City Manager means the City Manager of the City.
Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.
Quality Manager means the individual identified by the Design-Builder who is responsible for the overall Quality Control program and Quality Control activities of the Design-Builder, including the quality of management, design and construction. (also referred to as the “Quality Control Manager”).
County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;
Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;
Airport Manager means that term as defined in section 2 of the aeronautics code of the state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.2.
Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:
Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;
Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.

Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.6990 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $6.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.

Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.
Utility Service means a service, the terms and conditions of which are regulated by the AUC, and includes services for which an individual rate, joint rate, toll, fare, charge or schedule of them, have been approved by the AUC.
Utility means the Project if the Project is or upon completion of construction of the Project, will be a facility which generates revenues from fees, charges or taxes associated with the use of the facility.
