The decision of a majority of the members of the panel entered into shall be deemed the decision of the Valuation Panel. The parties shall instruct the Valuation Panel to reach its decision as promptly as practicable, and if possible within 30 days of selection of the third member. The costs of this Valuation Panel shall be covered equally (50-50%) by the Parties.
