Examples of Value Report in a sentence

  • The Warrant Agent shall have no duty with respect to the Value Report of any Independent Financial Expert, except to keep it on file and available for inspection by the Holders.

  • Each such notice shall be accompanied by a Certificate for Surrender for Repurchase Offer in substantially the form attached to the Warrant Certificate and a copy of the Value Report, if any.
