Vendor Shares definition

Vendor Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Vendor.
Vendor Shares means 100% of the shares in the capital of the Companies.
Vendor Shares means the ordinary shares of the Company held by the Vendors and listed on Schedule 1 under the heading “Vendor Shares”;

Examples of Vendor Shares in a sentence

  • Title to and risk in the Vendor Shares passes to the Purchaser on Settlement.
