Vendor Shares definition

Vendor Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Vendor.
Vendor Shares means the ordinary shares of the Company held by the Vendors and listed on Schedule 1 under the heading “Vendor Shares”;
Vendor Shares means common shares in the capital of Vendor.

More Definitions of Vendor Shares

Vendor Shares shall have the meaning pursuant to Recital (D).
Vendor Shares means the 100% of the issued Shares which are beneficially and legally owned by the Vendor (represented by 1,039,348 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company).
