Vendor Systems definition

Vendor Systems means any Vendor owned computer hardware or software, application database or network elements / appliance or such other systems as may be agreed in writing from time to time by TSP and the Vendor.
Vendor Systems means the information technology infrastructure, including all computers, software, databases, electronic systems and networks used by or for Vendor to access the CWT Systems or otherwise in connection with the Services. "Work Product" any work product, reports, documents, IPR, bespoke software and/or solution development created by Vendor pursuant to this Agreement principally for CWT or which would not have been developed or created, without financial support from CWT.
Vendor Systems means Vendor’s information systems, applications, databases, infrastructure, platforms, and networks (a) utilized to provide the Services, (b) collecting, storing, processing, transmitting, accessing or using SPE Data, and/or (c) with access to, connection to, use of or otherwise interacting with SPE Systems.

  • Upon notice from Bank, Vendor shall provide records for inspection and assist Bank, or its designated third party contractor, and/ or Reserve Bank of India and/ or its auditors, if required and advised by the Bank to Vendor, with access to and any assistance (including financial records, reports and supporting documentation) that they may require with respect to the Service Locations and the Vendor Systems for the purpose of performing audits or inspections of the Services.

  • The Vendor shall use physical and electronic security measures to protect TSP Systems, TSP Information and areas where work is undertaken or where Vendor Systems provide Access.

  • TSP shall have access to the Vendor Systems and TSP Information in the Vendor’s premises generally with prior notice but include the right to make unannounced visits.14.2 The Vendor shall report to TSP Security Contact promptly of any potential misuse of TSP Information or improper or unauthorised access to TSP Systems and TSP Information.

  • TSP shall have unrestricted access to the Vendor Systems and TSP Information in the Vendor’s premises which will include the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Vendor will, at a minimum, comply with the safeguards and requirements set forth below to ensure the protection of Vendor Systems, SPE Systems and SPE Data and include or address these safeguards and requirements in its Information Security Program.
