Bespoke Software definition
Bespoke Software means the software designed, developed, tested and deployed by the Service Provider for the purposes of rendering the Services to the Stakeholders of the Project and includes the source code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts involved in the Project and the improvements and enhancements effected during the term of the Project, but does not include the third party software products (except for the customization components on such products), proprietary software components and tools deployed by the Service Provider, and which, i.e, the bespoke software, shall be solely owned by the Contracting Authority;
Bespoke Software means any computer software, applications or programmes which have been developed by the Supplier for the Customer;
Bespoke Software means software developed specifically for use in a Group Company’s business;

Bespoke Software means any additions, modifications, enhancements or alterations to the TTP Software, and any additional software, developed by TTP or a Sub-Contractor under or in connection with the Master Development Agreement;
