Violation of Policy. If evidence of smoking is found inside the unit (such as odor, ashes, butts, burns, etc.), a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning and deodorizing and a result in termination of the rental agreement and immediate eviction without a refund. Guests' Responsibility: Guests are responsible for informing all members of their party and any visitors about the nonsmoking policy. Any damages caused by smoking will be the responsibility of the guest, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
Violation of Policy. Failure to obtain prior written permission to bring pets on the premises is a violation of the lease, and may result in termination of rental agreement. Failure to follow this policy with respect to an approved pet may also result in lease termination. Service, Assistance, or Companion AnimalsWritten Request: Tenant household members with disabilities who have been prescribed a service, assistance or companion animal by a medical professional, may request permission to have the animal in the apartment unit. The request must be in writing. Forms may be requested from the Site Manager. Animals must comply with the standards provided in the request information packet. Tenants are responsible for providing third party verification of the disability status of the person making the request and the doctor's prescription for the service, assistance, or companion animal.  Not a Pet: Service, assistance, and companion animals prescribed by a doctor to assist a person with a disability are not considered pets.  Danger or Nuisance: Management reserves the right to require removal of any service, assistance or companion animal that poses a danger to other residents or interrupts the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents or is causing damage to the apartment premises. If tenant refuses to remove such animal upon written request, tenant's lease may be terminated.  Unattended Animals: Tenants may not allow animals out of the apartment unattended and not on a leash. When outside the apartment, animals must always be accompanied by a household member and be on a leash. Tenants may never leave an animal tied up outside unattended.
Violation of Policy. The Domestic Relations Office has the right to deny supervised visitation services to a visiting parent for violation of policies or if participation poses a danger to the child, the visiting parent or others. Determination of the facts leading to a denial of services are at the discretion of the Domestic Relations Office, including the visitation site supervisor.
