Voluntary Leaver definition

Voluntary Leaver means the Owner's voluntary cessation of employment with the Company or subsidiary for any reason other than the Owner’s (i) Retirement, (ii) long-term sickness, ill-health, serious injury or permanent disability, (iii) termination of the employment relationship being caused by the Company or a subsidiary’s material breach of the terms and conditions of Owner’s employment, (iv) being a Good Leaver, or (v) being a Bad Leaver. The Owner’s employment shall be deemed ceased at the time the notice of termination served by the Owner to the Company or a subsidiary expires.
