Garden Leave means any period during which the Company has exercised its rights under clause 22;

Garden Leave means any period during any notice period where Employer requires the Participant to remain available to respond to questions and requests from the Employer, but not to enter into the office(s) of the Restricted Group without the prior written consent of Employer.

Garden Leave means an absence from active service at the request of an employer during a statutory or contractual notice period preceding termination of employment.

Examples of Garden Leave in a sentence

The provisions of this clause shall apply to any Garden Leave Period.

During the Garden Leave, Executive shall continue to be employed by the Company and shall be paid salary and other applicable benefits including the continued vesting of previously issued grants pursuant to the Executive’s Stock Compensation. Executive shall be required to the duties of confidentiality and good faith shall continue to apply, together with all of the obligations contained in this Agreement.
