Wachovia Facilities. The securitization/warehouse facilities provided under (i) that certain Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 20, 2004 by and among CapitalSource Funding III LLC, as the seller, CapitalSource Finance LLC, as the originator and servicer, each of the purchasers and purchaser agents from time to time a party thereto, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, as the administrative agent and as the WBNA Agent and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as the backup servicer and as the collateral custodian, as such agreement has been and may in the future be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (including any replacement facility thereto or entered into in connection therewith), (ii) that certain Amended and Restated Sale and Servicing Agreement, by and among CSE QRS Funding I LLC, as the seller, CSE Mortgage LLC, as the originator and as the servicer, each of the purchasers and purchaser agents from time to time party thereto, Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC, as the administrative agent and as the VFCC Agent and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as the backup servicer and as the Collateral Custodian, as amended through February 17, 2009 as such agreement has been and may in the future be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (including any replacement facility thereto or entered into in connection therewith), and (iii) that certain Multicurrency Revolving Facility Agreement, dated as of October 3, 2007 by and among CS Europe Finance Limited and CS UK Finance Limited as the borrowers and guarantors, each of the lenders, lender agents, swingline lender agents and swingline lenders party thereto from time to time, CapitalSource Finance LLC, as the servicer, Wachovia Bank, N.A. as the administrative agent and the security trustee and Wachovia Securities International Ltd., as lead arranger and sole bookrunner, as such agreement has been and may in the future be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time (including any replacement facility thereto or entered into in connection therewith).

Related to Wachovia Facilities

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • DIP Facilities means the DIP ABL Facility and the DIP Term Loan Facility.

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.

  • Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
