Wastewater Constituents and Characteristics definition

Wastewater Constituents and Characteristics means the individual chemical, physical, bacteriological, and radiological parameter, including volume and flow rate, and such other parameters that serve to define, classify, or measure the quality and quantity of wastewater.

The provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to the direct or indirect discharge of all liquid wastes carried to facilities of the Town, and all Town public or private sewerage disposal systems. 10.01.030 Standards for Quality and Testing A. It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited or placed, in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the boundaries of the Town any human or animal excrement, garbage, or objectionable waste. B. It shall be unlawful to discharge to any manhole or system outlet within the Town except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with subsequent provisions of this Ordinance. 10.01.040 Connection to Public Sewer Required A.
