Water Availability Charge definition

Water Availability Charge means a special connection charge, required before connection of a new Service line to the water main. The Water Availability Charge Fund ("WAC Fund") provides for the portion of the trunk facilities such as but not limited to waste treatment facilities, wells, over sizing and pumping facilities in accordance with the City Assessment Policy. Water Availability Charge means the impact fee imposed by the District pursuant to Section 8.2.1.
Water Availability Charge means the charge the Water User shall pay each Year on Table A Water, regardless of whether or not all or a portion of Table A Water is delivered to, or taken by, Water User and shall include the District Water Service Charge.
