If CONTRACTOR chooses to install, use, or upgrade an irrigation system, water usage amounts, times and method of delivery must comply with Consumptive Water Use Permit No. 20006813.005 as issued by the Southwest Florida Water Management District.
Also included is the permitting required to construct the surface facilities previously discussed and preparation of the Water Use Permit for withdrawals from the Golden Gate Canal.
The Town may make future changes to the form of this Permit that may require I/we to re-sign or re-enter a Water Use Permit.
If the CONTRACTOR’s proposed work is expected to exceed 60 days in duration, or does not meet any of the other requirements listed with the requirements of Rule 40E-2.061(2), the CONTRACTOR must apply for and obtain such other Water Use Permit that may be required by the Water Management District, at no cost to the COUNTY.
