Wave Equipment definition

Wave Equipment means any equipment provided by Wave to you including, but not limited to, wire, cable, cable conduit, splitters, junction boxes, converter boxes (also known as “set top” boxes), decoders, terminals, cable modems, remote control units, DVRs, voice service access units (e.g., multimedia terminal adapters and analog telephone adapters), and any other equipment or materials provided to you by Wave for use in connection with the receipt of Services.
Wave Equipment as used herein means equipment, detailed process and equipment specifications developed by Tessera, Licensee or Tessera and Licensee jointly for the manufacture (assembly and/or test) of WAVE Technology products, more specifically WAVE Equipment covers any equipment, processes and know-how relating to the manufacture of Single Chip WAVE Packages and Wafer Level WAVE Packages.
Wave Equipment means any equipment provided by Wave to you, but not limited to, the equipment identified in the Work Order and any other equipment or materials provided to you by Wave for use in connection with the Services and which is installed by Wave. “Wave Equipment” does not include DIY Equipment.

Examples of Wave Equipment in a sentence

  • Wave shall not be liable for any effects of normal Services installation and workmanship, such as holes in walls, etc., which may remain after installation or removal of the Wave Equipment, except for damage caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Wave.

  • If you move the Wave Equipment, the Services may function improperly or fail to function at all.

  • If any Wave Equipment or part thereof is lost, stolen, unreturned, damaged, sold, transferred, leased, encumbered, or assigned, you agree to pay Wave the full manufacturer’s suggested retail price for its replacement, together with any incidental costs that we incur relating to its replacement.

  • Subject to any applicable laws or regulations, Wave may, but shall not be obligated to, retrieve any associated Wave Equipment not returned by you.

  • You agree that you will not allow the Wave Equipment to be serviced by anyone other than Wave employees or agents.

  • At your request, we may relocate the Wave Equipment within the premises for an additional charge, at a time agreeable to you and to Wave.

  • For instance, you acknowledge that certain commercially available televisions, converter boxes and recording devices, which may be identified by their manufacturers as “cable ready” or “digital cable ready,” may not be able to receive or utilize all available Services without the addition of a Wave converter box or other Wave Equipment for which a fee may be charged.

  • You will not remove any markings or labels from the Wave Equipment indicating ownership or serial or identification numbers.

  • Wave will, at its own expense, repair damage to or, at Wave’s option, replace Wave Equipment, and otherwise attempt to correct interruptions of the Services, due to reasonable Wave Equipment wear and tear, or technical malfunction of the system or network operated by Wave.

  • You agree not to sell, transfer, lease, encumber, or assign all or any part of the Wave Equipment to any third party.

Related to Wave Equipment

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Excluded Equipment means (i) defibrillators, enhanced emergency medical kits and other medical equipment, (ii) airphones and other components or systems installed on or affixed to the Airframe that are used to provide individual telecommunications or electronic entertainment to passengers aboard the Aircraft, (iii) galley carts, beverage carts, waste containers, liquor kits, food tray carriers, ice containers, oven inserts, galley inserts, and other branded passenger convenience or service items, (iv) any items, equipment or systems leased by Company or any Permitted Lessee (other than items, equipment, or systems that are leased from Company pursuant to the applicable Lease) or owned by Company or any Permitted Lessee subject to a conditional sales agreement or a security interest (other than the security interest granted under the Indenture), and (v) cargo containers.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
