Web Hosted Services definition

Web Hosted Services means an application and/or database services hosted by KnowBe4 or its agents, made available for remote access and use by Customer and its Users, under this Agreement.
Web Hosted Services means an application and/or database product hosted by KnowBe4 or its agents andmade available for remote access and useby Customer under this Agreement.

Examples of Web Hosted Services in a sentence

  • This Section applies only in the event Customer orders Web Hosted Services from KnowBe4 or through an authorized KnowBe4 channel partner.

  • Customer grants KnowBe4, its service providers, and each of their respective licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose the Customer Content as necessary to provide the Web Hosted Services and to make the Customer Content available to Customer and Users.

  • Subject to, and conditioned on, Customer’s and Users’ compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the applicable subscription term, KnowBe4 will provide Customer and Active Users remote electronic access to the Customer Content through the Web Hosted Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subject to Customer’s commitment to payment in accordance with this Agreement, KnowBe4 hereby grants to Customer, for use with Customer’s authorized Users, and solely for internal business purposes and not for resale or publication, a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Web Hosted Services for its internal business purposes.

  • Customer will be solely responsible for connection of Customer’s systems to a telecommunications service that provides Internet access for purposes of Customer’s access and use of the Web Hosted Services.

  • Depending on the Subscription Services purchased via a Quote, Customer may use KnowBe4’s Subscription Services for the hosting of its assets, content, and other materials, such as certain reports; documents; manuals; audiovisual materials; photos; videos; and audio files, to make available to Active Users on or through the KnowBe4’s LMS or Web Hosted Services (“Customer Content”).

  • Licensee shall be solely responsible for collecting, inputting and updating all Data related to Licensee's use of the Web Hosted Services.

  • Either parry may terminate the Web Hosted Services in accordance with Section 12.2. Upon termination, NC4 shall cease all Web Hosted Services, and Licensee shall pay NC4 for Web Hosted Services performed prior to the date of termination.

  • Except as specifically set forth in Section 4.2, below, Licensee will use the Web Hosted Services for backup purposes only.

  • Subject to Licensee's prompt payment of the annual Web Hosting Services Fee in Section 4.2, NC4 will provide Licensee web-hosted application services ("Web Hosted Services").

Related to Web Hosted Services

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 3.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5.2.2. "Directory Assistance Lists" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.
