Weekly Interest Rate Period definition

Weekly Interest Rate Period means each period during which a Weekly Interest Rate is in effect.

Weekly Interest Rate Period. The Interest Rate Period for any Note in the Weekly Interest Rate Mode will generally be a seven day period commencing on any Business Day, as determined by the applicable Remarketing Agent, and ending on the day preceding the first day of the next Interest Rate Period for such Note.
