Weekly Reset Date definition

Weekly Reset Date means Wednesday of each week, or if Wednesday is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day, provided that, if the Reset Rate Method is being changed to the Weekly Reset Rate Method, the initial Weekly Reset Date will be the Business Day preceding the Reset Rate Change Date.
Weekly Reset Date means Wednesday of each calendar week unless (i) such Wednesday is not a Business Day or (ii) absent this clause (ii) the Weekly Measurement Date related thereto would occur during the preceding calendar week, in each of which cases the Weekly Reset Date shall be the first Business Day after such Wednesday.
