Well Completion Report definition

Well Completion Report means the form, supplied or approved by the District, that is completed and signed by the licensed water well contractor.
Well Completion Report means a report summarizing the activities related to the drilling and installation of wells.
Well Completion Report means the report an operator is required to file with the commission following the completion or recompletion of a well, if applicable.

  • Known information shall be provided regarding hole integrity, such as lost circulation zones by depth and barrels of fluid lost, zones of over or under pressure conditions, hole drift, key seats or tight hole if encountered, stuck pipe and depths experienced, water flows or kicks requiring an increase in mud weight beyond a predetermined amount to control, and depths experienced and as reported on Well Completion Report (Form 3).

  • Operator shall file Form 1002C with the Well Completion Report (Form 1002A) describing all cementing operations on surface, intermediate, and production casing strings, including multistage cementing jobs.

More Definitions of Well Completion Report

Well Completion Report means a report that includes all of the information required under 1509.10 of the Revised Code and the following information:

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group II Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Environmental impact statement means a detailed written statement as required by section 102(2)(C) of the Act.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
