Wholesale Revenue definition

Wholesale Revenue means the Qualified Companiesrecurring revenue from the Customer and its Affiliates for unbundled network elements and associated rate elements, as defined in Table F, below.
Wholesale Revenue means the revenue that the Appointee recovers in a Charging Year in respect of Wholesale Activities relating to the supply of water, the provision of sewerage services or the carrying out of trade effluent functions in relation to premises other than households (assuming for these purposes that the Appointee offered itself no more favourable terms in relation to payment than would be offered to any other person in respect of Wholesale Activities).

Examples of Wholesale Revenue in a sentence

  • If such events diminish San Francisco’s ability to maintain the Supply Assurance, San Francisco may increase the Wholesale Revenue Requirement to pay for planning, evaluation and implementation of replacement sources of supply when such needs arise and without the prior approval of the Wholesale Customers.

  • Prior to Commission approval of plans or taking other actions that would impact the Wholesale Revenue Requirement, San Francisco will hold a public hearing to receive written and oral comments.

  • If no such Demand is served within the twelve month period specified above, the SFPUC’s determination of the Wholesale Revenue Requirement for that year shall be final and conclusive.

  • San Francisco will maintain an account structure which allows any expenses of SFPUC bureaus that benefit only the Wastewater Enterprise, the Power-Only operations of the Hetch Hetchy Enterprise or Retail Customers to be excluded from the Wholesale Revenue Requirement.

  • The Wholesale Customers shall fund their share of working capital as part of the annual Wholesale Revenue Requirement calculation.

Drought Rate payments and payments of excess use charges levied in accordance with the Tier 1 Shortage Plan described in Section 3.11.C constitute Wholesale Customer Revenue and count towards the Wholesale Revenue Requirement.
