Digital Services definition

Digital Services means an optional tier of digital video services offered by the Systems to their customers.
Digital Services means services which are delivered over the internet or an electronic network and the nature of which renders their supply essentially automated and involving minimal human intervention, and impossible to ensure in the absence of information technology, including in particular:
Digital Services has the meaning set out in Clause 2.2 of these Terms.

Digital Services means any service or resource available Including such services or resources as virtual servers or any electronic storage, including such things as a Google™ or Google Chrome™ account; OneDrive™, Adobe Creative Cloud™; Dropbox™; Evernote™; and other similar services on the internet that is outside of the School District’s Fireawall.

Digital Services may be provided by us directly, including via our owned and operated websites and applications or by making such Digital Services available to you in our digital platform or other user interface or portal (collectively our “Digital Platform”), or through our third-party vendors or service providers.
Digital Services means the electronic delivery of information (including facts, data, opinions and content) across multiple platforms, devices, and delivery mechanisms like web or mobile. More information is available at the Digital Services Playbook, and the TechFAR Handbook.
Digital Services means any cloud services that are provided by Siemens or its authorized third party cloud service providers and made available for access by or through the App (including data storage, remote cloud monitoring and/or control services of a device or system, or data analytics services).
